We make Dalia from the finest quality Durum Wheat imported to Bengal from Madhya Pradesh. Sona Aakash Dalia is made by coarsely milling whole wheat grains. We first clean and de-husk the wheat then it is broken down to a required size at our traditional chakki mills in Kolkata & Kharagpur, India.
